Distant Reiki works very much the same as In-person sessions except that we are not in the same room. I visualize your body as it would lay on the massage table, and send the directed energy to you. You may still feel the same sensations as an In-person session such as deep relaxation, a calm mind, hot or cool energy, the need to take a deep breath, or the release of a tear. - promotes harmony and calm - breaks down energy blocks - detoxifies the body - support the immune system - induces relaxation - releases tension and stress - clears the mind - improves intuition - promotes sounder sleep - balances the body - may ease physical and emotional pain - may provide deep spiritual growth I will send the Zoom Meeting link and protocol after booking.
